STORY

Many businesses are stuck in a D&I cycle - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

It's exhausting, and as a result, D&I initiatives end up off-kilter. Opportunities for real change are lost.
 

Kiltered was founded in 2020 by lawyer Morag Ofili as a D&I resource for companies and leaders who are ready to do things differently.
